Most Anticipated Films of 2015

However, 2015 has a massive movie slate prepared, and there are just so many coming out that I’m looking forward to this year that I have to talk about it. I’ve decided to make a list of the movies that I’m looking forward to the most this year. Reed’s resume thus far isn’t very impressive in my opinion, but from what I’ve heard, this movie is going be something to look forward to. Marvel Studios already proved themselves capable of taking an unknown franchise and making it into something... Iron Man taking on the Hulk in the Hulk-Buster, Captain America’s unbreakable broken shield, Thor strangling Tony Stark, Quicksilver and Scarlett Witch, and Ultron. I know that this movie doesn’t have as much going for it as the other movies featured on this list, but as a huge fan of the first two  Terminator  , is returning to helm this new film, and Daniel Craig is returning as 007. Sign me up. I don’t know much about the plot of this new film, and honestly, I don’t need to. I don’t even need a trailer. Series creator George Miller has been working to get this project going for years, and it looks as though his hard work is going to pay off. The special effects used to give actress Alicia Vikander the look of a humanoid robot look great, and as if all of that wasn’t enough, bringing Oscar Isaac into the picture was the final straw to make  Ex Machina  , which debuted at Comic Con this... With  Sea of Trees , it looks like he’s continuing to wipe his hands clean of all of the rom-coms he used to do and leave his old career in the dust. This thing looks like the most terrifying thing we’ve seen in the MCU thus far. Normally, I’d be nervous about this year living up to the high standards that last year set. If I had to pick an order for my most anticipated films of 2015,  The Force Awakens  director Alejandro González Iñárritu is directing this western revenge tale starring Leonardo Dicaprio as a fur trapper who is injured by a bear while hunting,... There haven’t been any trailers or promotional images released for this film yet, but I don’t need any of them. Without any further ado, here are the films that I am looking forward to the most in 2015, in no particular order:. The cinematography is beautiful, complimenting the trailer’s dark tone (by the way, I’ll never be able to hear “I’ve Got No Strings” from  Pinocchio  the same way ever again). There is simply not enough that I can say about how much I’m looking forward to seeing this film. It looks as though this film is going to hold some serious consequences for the future of the MCU. While no specific release date has been given yet, I know that I’ll be waiting anxiously to see Scorsese’s next film. Initially, Edgar Wright, one of my favorite directors, was signed on to direct this film, but he dropped out. Bring in Tom Hardy as the titular character, and just like that, I’m in. The tone is dark and moody, which is exactly the kind of tone that I think the MCU should adopt – it would provide a welcomed change of pace for the franchise. Secondly, I’m sure that some of the movies listed here (hopefully not many) will be less than stellar, but I’m still looking forward to them nonetheless. An official trailer hasn’t even been released yet, but it’s clear that it’s going to have his signature style with clever and smart dialogue and visceral, over-the-top violence. His voiceover in the trailer alone was enough to sell me on the idea of a robot being the main villain for this film. The cinematography looks excellent, and I’m excited to see what first-time director Alex Garland can bring. Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens movie that we’ve gotten in over 30 years. Here’s a teaser trailer that was recorded by a moviegoer when it premiered before last year’s  Sin City: A Dame to Kill For This movie looks action-packed and intense, with some dark humor being thrown in for good measure. The trailer alone was enough to hook me. I love the dark, eerie tone that it set. Not only is the director a master at his craft, but the cast features two of my favorite actors: Leonardo Dicaprio and Tom Hardy (marking his second appearance on this list. Hell, I didn’t even need to see a trailer to be pumped for this thing. One thing’s for sure though: it’s going to be great. This trailer looks incredible. If the only thing that I had been told about this film was that he was the director, I would have been sold.   Age of Ultron  is one of my most anticipated of this year. However, I’m worried as to how drastically they’re going to change the timeline with this film. I’m pretty sure this movie is going to be amazing. You don’t need me to tell you that Scorsese is one of the greatest directors who ever lived. The last shot in the trailer where Ultron says “There are no strings on me,” literally gave me chills. The film is about a young FBI agent, played by Emily Blunt, who goes undercover to take down a Mexican drug lord, which ends up pushing her to her moral limits. I can’t wait to see how Tatum will work with Tarantino’s directing style, and delivering his dialogue. My anticipation for this is solely based off of the trailer that was released a few months ago. Granted, not everything that will be released this year has been announced, so bear that in mind when you read this list. I have no doubt that this movie is going to be nothing short of incredible.

I don't know what other reviewers are talking about when they have 'trouble' emptying this hand vac. It's pretty much the same design as other conventional handheld wet vac. You press the button, pop the black half off to remove the foam filter, then you can suck up all the wet stuff you need. To clean, just press the button, take the foam out, flip the other side upside down into a garbage bag.. The more careful you do it, the less dust you get everywhere. There is no mess if you do it properly! The suction on this has been great, I've used it for about 2 months and I don't keep it on the charger, but only when I need to. Great replacement for original pivot vac

0 5/5 Tool Guy (Chapel Hill, NC USA) - See all my reviews Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Black+Decker BDH2000PL MAX Lithium Pivot Vacuum, 20-volt (Misc.) My original pivot vac will no longer keep a charge, and I've been looking for a decent replacement. Thank goodness that B&D finally came out with this lithium powered model! It has the rubber flap to keep debris from falling back out, and a charging stand that automatically makes contact and can be wall mounted. It is more powerful, runs much longer, all while being smaller & lighter. The brush pivots up when needed and is never lost. A nice feature is that it comes apart for easy cleaning. Overall a super unit, it wins over the Dyson and Hoover and Shark, by far.Update: Evidently you can replace the battery pack, when needed. Two screws hold on the side cover, and then the battery pack plugs in. Great improvement over earlier models! 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews  Was this review helpful to you? , March 20, 2014

Customer Video Review Length:: 2:51 Mins(Please watch my video to see this product in action)Be prepared to be surprised and meet a new generation of hand vacs. I've lost count of the number of "dustbusters" I've owned and there was not one of them that was designed any different from the first, starting with the plastic snout which snapped into a handle which contained a motor/fan and a cone-shaped filter. They all shared the same downfalls which were an average of 2-3 minutes useful life on a charge, pitifully weak suction, extremely small dust capacity and when the NiCad battery died (which it invariably would after a year or two) the entire thing had to be thrown away because the battery was not replaceable. As recently as only a couple of years ago I searched every conceivable source for a hand vac that was powered by lithium ion batteries, which seemed so obvious because nearly every other device by that time had abandoned the old NiCad battery technology and gone... 5/5 PhotoGraphics (Southwest U.S.) - See all my reviews, April 19, 2014

    Excellent handheld vacuum

This review is for the BDH2000PL MAX Lithium Pivot Vacuum 20-voltI needed a replacement for my Black & Decker PHV1800 vacuum. The PHV1800 worked well for over 4 years until its battery wouldn't hold a charge. I used the PHV1800 to clean out my car. The BDH2000PL easily picks up sand from the car's floorboard. After vacuuming the entire car, the vacuum still has plenty of run time. A great little vacuum

Two cats and two fabric-covered couches, can you feel my pain? After a while, I was going nuts. I'd go broke buying the adhesive type lint rollers, the rubber ones (search for "sweepa") and the reusable brush type didn't do the job. All I'd heard about was dysons, dysons, dysons, so I started saving. But then I thought, hey, what I want is the little motorized roller brush attachment -- so I got online, started searching, and found this. I figured $40 as opposed to $500 was worth a try, especially with the good reviews.and it *was*. It gets all the cat hair off my couch, and the nice thing is that the hose just tugs right out and you can also get the little cracks and crevices without missing a beat. The "riser visor" thing, I thought was kinda silly til I started using it -- and it's great. You can vacuum horizontally and vertically, and for furniture, stairs, etc--a great feature. My only complaint is that it's just a *bit* heavy, especially for longer... 5/5 yupi (Long Island NY USA) - See all my reviews Verified Purchase(What's this?) Sucking great!

'Caveat emptor' should be a caution against not just unscrupulous sellers, but misguided buyers as well, a self-warning of sorts. To that end, I read all ~1600 reviews of the Eureka, paying special heed to the three percent or so that awarded it one star. Call this a meta review. My conclusion after a complex and detailed statistical and psychological analysis of the complaints is that the hand-held vacuum was being misused, abused in some cases. After a few months of use, I agree with all the positives: Eureka is powerful & easy to use, the brush enhances cleaning power, the canister is a snap to empty, and the filter creates a nice, tight seal. As for the complaints..."Vacuum stopped working after X uses/N years." That was the predominant complaint, sparks and smoke and vacuum broke. A Perfect Machine.

I'd planned to get the small Dyson, but the reviews of this vacuum persuaded me to give it a try. It's absolutely excellent. It's the best handheld vacuum I've ever tried, and I've thrown more of these things away than I can remember. Fortunately, I've always saved the attachments. Sometimes they fit another model, sometimes they don't. Since there's no fancy coupling required to attach tools to the hose end of this one, its just friction, most fit it.This is a solid, powerful vacuum. The filter is heavy-duty and seems very durable. It's easily removed and reattached. I use those over-priced compressed air duster cans to blow all the dust and dog hair off of the filter. Between this and my full-size Dyson, there's probably more of the family dog outside the house than in by now. As for the weight of this machine, it is a little heavy, but then I only have to support its weight when doing vertical surfaces or carrying it around. SO FAR SO GOOD

This dustbuster does a good job picking up cat litter and crumbly spills here and there--short jobs. When finished I hang it on the wall hanger and plug it in. I like the little plug and the indicator light which tells me it's plugged in and charging. (Sometimes my old buster didn't slide into the hook-up holder just right, which was annoying because you didn't know it until the next time you wanted to use it.)It's too loud for my preference, but if you want more pick-up, more noise must be the thing. (Not an engineer, and haven't tried all dustbusters available--didn't want to spend that much time.)It's easy to empty. (Make sure you are over the trashcan before pushing the button to empty it.) Be gentle on the filter and maybe you won't have to replace it for a very long time. (I never replaced the filter on our previous dustbuster. It was at least 20 years old, maybe more.) I haven't emptied the new one every time I used it--I don't always have time. Good suction and easy to clean.

I needed a hand vac to clean up when my twin girls were done eating mealtime or snacks. They do make a mess sometimes and was just getting tired of breaking out the vacuum after every snack.I didn't purchase this through amazon...I bought mine at Walmart without any product research so I wasn't sure what I was really getting.I chose this hand vac becuase:It's rechargable. I can plug it in and is ready to go whenever I need it.I can mount it on the wall out of the way.The wide nozzle - which I found works just as well as a vacuum hose. Also, can be removed/reattached easily. The recepticle is large and doesn't require emptying after every use if I so choose.Things I found after purchasing and using:Lightweight. Comfortable to hold. After 24 hour charge it's recommended to let it run all the way down before recharging. It's a month later and it's still going strong. The suction is really good. Not as strong as a full size... 4/5 S. Sutton - See all my reviews, May 30, 2013
